Our Vision
Helping underserved college graduates from Israel’s underserved communities fulfill their career potential.
Why Tofsim Kivun?
Israel is home to thousands of young college graduates who find it increasingly challenging to develop careers that put to use their education, skillsets, and personal capabilities. At Tofvim Kivun, we help participants cope with personal challenges and their lack of a professional network. Creating a better future for these young college graduates is not only crucial to their personal fulfillment, it also strengthens Israel’s socio-economic resilience.
About the program
Tofsim Kivun, Educating for Excellence’s employment program, was established to help young college graduates from Israel’s underserved communities integrate into the workforce and develop a career that puts to use their education and personal capabilities.
Their abilities are top notch, their potential is high, and their will to succeed is great. But economic hardship, low self-confidence, knowledge and skill gaps, and a lack of personal role models and a professional network hinder the progress of many young college graduates.
Our program aims to break the glass ceiling and help these talented college graduates fulfill their potential.
Tofsim Kivun was established by elite IDF unit alumni who currently serve in leading business positions, and who serve as mentors during the program and long after. Program partners include businesses and youth centers, which are equally dedicated to changing these young college graduates’ lives.
In 2023, Tofsim Kivun expanded and established Ind’Image اندماج, an employment program that aims to fulfill the career potential of college graduates from Israel’s Arab sector. Based on the Tofsim Kivun curriculum, Ind’Image اندماج addresses the needs of college graduates who have successfully completed their studies yet struggle to find a professional position that fits their skills and education.
