Educating for Excellence’s Paving Futures employment program promotes equal opportunities for college graduates from Israel’s underserved communities. Their job success is the key to driving socio-economic change that will strengthen the resilience of Israeli society. We provide program participants with skills and tools that increase their self-confidence, supplemented by a robust network of contacts for optimal career development.

Ranin, a graduate of the Hatzor HaGalilit Center, from the village of Kfar Hurfish, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Tel Aviv University.

She sought to expand her social network, to open opportunities in the employment world and enable optimal integration. In the program, she received a mentor perfectly tailored to her needs, and today, Ranin is a nurse at Ziv Medical Center in Safed, working in the high-risk pregnancy and maternity department.
